Additional Photos - Trip to Genting Highlands

Finally, its our turn... This ride is rather boring for us but having to accompany En En it became better as we need to keep her entertain. I look white & pale not fair lorX... En En looks like me or rather look like her Daddy.
2nd ride: Toot Toot Train

Makes me think of the song: I've been working on the railroad... *laughs* nursery rythmes. I guess this ride is better than the rest... As we're sitting on the front seat, only we're allow to ring the bell as its located in front of us. *laughs* not becoz we have any special privillege.

*laughs* En En look so bored... Coz its a reindeer carriage ride, whereby we're suppose to cycle in order to reach the station. So she has to sit in the centre and look at us have fun when its suppose to be hers. This carriage is located at a height hence she has to sit down by herself becoz im afraid i might miss catch of her lorX... So frightening!!! Ah....

4th Ride: Merry-go-Round

Not merry at all. End up have headache lorX... *laughs* she's the only one that enjoys it! One can definitely tell from her pictures. So scared that she'll fall off the horse yet she keep telling me to "STOP!STOP!" - stop holding onto her. *laughs*

5th Ride: Ferris Wheel

We queue for 1/2hr for this ride and end up only sitting in it for 15mins, stopping every 5mins at a certain height. *laughs* not worth... but i juz wanna let En En experience sitting in every game that she's eligible for as her height and size doesn't allow her to take some rides. She's already 16mths but yet she's very petite and dainty and look so fragile that she needs full protection.

Our sumptous buffet dinner at Genting Hotel. We walked over to have our dinner as we're so bored with the food near our hotel. Clarin (Ling Ling) also ate the penang laksa(picture on the right), looks not spicy but indeed very!! She drank like 3cups of water. *laughs*

6th Ride: After dinner, i brought her for 2nd round of rides again. Minature merry-go-round at Genting Hotel. Stella, if you're seeing the picture on the left, you would wanna kiss her very much. Pouting lips so red, irresistable right? *laughs*

7th Ride: Trailer

This ride, she sat by herself and its a trailer that goes up and down with all the curves as well. She love this ride the most! She sat for 4rounds non-stop. Even by looking at her go round and round i got headache, wonder how's she felt after the ride for 4rounds??

Some lil' Tips i've learnt through Preganancy

Here are some lil' tips & secret to share:

- Do stay happy ALWAYS!! (old wives tales) Not really but i think i would wish to stay happy becoz my child would not frown every so often when he/she comes to this world.
- Eat lots of fish and vegetables. Fish contain lots of DHA & OMEGA, so hopefully foetus will absorb more or less of the nutrient. Fish also helps to boost the amount of milk that will soon be produce from your breast! I hate fish the most thou when im not pregnant, but my husband will always force me to eat using this " for the sake of your child, eat/drink ...." as a very good excuse.
- drinks lots of milk and cut down(or should i say NOT ANY) caffeine products like coffee and tea. As scientific proven caffeine will harm the brain of the foetus. Some parents are so stubborn that they don't heed the advice and continue then when baby is born they wanna sent them to supplementary lessons like right brain education and KUMON (really good teaching centres).
- Drinks water in moderate amount as you'll get water retention BUT do not reject water as the weather in S'pore is so warm, you'll get dehydrated.
- So far... that's what i remembered... more to come... *laughs*

Do realise your fart will be the same as your child when you're a breast-feeding Mum. As everything that you consume and have been digest will be transmit to your child through breastfeeding especially during confinement. As all the food that Mum consumes helps to rid off the *air* from the body, so its especially stinko and by a sniff of the *air* there's no way you can deny its your fart. *laughs*

Recovering lil' En En

Left home at 8.45am *laughs* knowing i'll be late for work. I still left home for work. Left my poor thing lil' En En at home. It pains a Mum to hear her child cries for her, do you know?? (I doubt this point can only be understood to parents and child that hears/cries for each). *smile*

When im back from work, same routine:
Takeover my lil' En En
Have my dinner while watching 7pm show on ch8
Bathe lil' En En
Breastfeed lil' En En while watching the 9pm show on ch55
Pat her to sleep

I guess she's really tired today. After De En & De Ren left our house, she fell asleep lying on a small sofa cushion on the floor in just awhile. Really ahwile... She fell asleep till around 10.30pm when i carried her into the room to sleep. And i fed her some milk as earlier she's too tired to finish up her milk. Another thing, a parent would feel really satisfy(safe & secure) to see her child sound asleep. Not becoz there will not be any mess around to clear but her child can finally rest his/her mind.

I guess me too needs to feel safe & secure... Sound asleep is the best way as i do not know what's going on around. *laughs*

Poor thing lil' EN EN

En En is very sick since the day before (SAT) till today(MON). She's down with flu, cough and fever - throat infection. So poor thing... kept coughing non-stop till her nose & eyes turn red and teary. I guess her throat infection is the cause of her fever bahX... Frm the sound produce when she's coughing, i can know she's very heaty. *laughs* i guess i can be a doctor soon...

Can't even keep her eyes close for 1/2hr (30mins), no matter how tired she was...

I kept her company the whole nite.. Keeping myself awake to watch her sleep, making sure she has sufficient rest. That's very difficult thing to do lorX... Coz i had to break my habit of sleeping at 10pm till the next day.

She was having such high fever at 3am. That she woke up, feeling veri uneasy and umcomfortable. I woke Daddy up as well to help bring the fever medicine for her. After which she laze around the bed till about 5pm then fall asleep with me patting her every now and then. Then me too, fell asleep. When i woke up, its already 9.30am. En En fever has also subside and her runny nose is not that as bad as the day before already. Fed her cheese and milk then played till she have her lunch (porridge cooked with pork liver & fish), after which she fell asleep at about 12.30pm then wake up at 1.30pm as she was coughing badly.

Hopefully, En En recovers soon!!!

Trip to Genting Highlands (6th - 8th June)

En En 1st trip to Genting Highlands with mummy and grandparents, yi yi (Clarin) & jiujiu(Clavier). Hahax... We drive thru J.B, Muar, K.L, Kuantan and we finally reached... En En slping almost the whole journey there..i kept wondering if she was feeling car sick, thats why she slept her way thru or she's just tired as we started off our journey at 7am and she woke up at 5.30am. Coz she doesn't feel well coz of the jab she had earlier...

Finally, we've reached Genting Highlands...

Repoting weather forecast for the 3 days:

Cool and Breezy
No Rain + No Sun = Cloudy day...

HahaX...

Reporting schedule:
1st Day - 6th June 08

4pm - 4.30pm: Check in. We've queue for hour ticket number. By looking at the ticket number 167, we're like miles away from the queue number 67, the front desk is serving. But we didn't care much about the others and just 'cut' queue and got our room in less than 30mins. HahaX...

4.30pm - 6.30pm: Relax (En En & Clarin fell asleep. While i settle down the things, getting warm water from the shared water cooler located at the corridor for our own comsumption. In case, En En needs her milk or more sterilise water, i brought the slow cooker from home to cook some water for her consumption (porridge, milk & etc).

6.30pm - 8pm: Dinner (Something nice...!! Let me keep some secrets to myself and those that had the dinner) HahaX...

8pm - 10pm: Get ready for bed... Bathe En En while Clarin carries her together to shower and i stand aside to help her coz there's no bathtub for En En to bathe in, so that's the only solution lar... HahahaX...

10pm - 8.30am: Sleep

Having a good rest during a holiday is very important coz i will then have enough energy during the day.. HahaX... That's just an excuse lar... Just that from young, my grandma train me to sleep on time (9pm /10pm ), so that makes a habit. Now that i train En En to sleep that time as well coz i can't stand widening my eyelids...HahaX...
